LONDON — Noel Clarke, the British actor who starred in Doctor Who and Kidulthood, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to a series of sexual offenses at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.

London’s Metropolitan Police announced in September that Clarke had been charged with two counts of sexual assault, three charges of voyeurism, and one count of exposure. The alleged offenses took place between 2007 and 2016, involving five women.

According to BBC News, Clarke pleaded not guilty to all the charges and is scheduled to appear next at Southwark Crown Court on November 18.

Detectives had been investigating Clarke for a year, arresting the actor on September 25, 2025.

He has not worked in the entertainment industry in any substantial on-screen capacity for years. He played Mickey Smith in Doctor Who, while his last series on UK television was ITV’s Viewpoint in 2021.

Clarke created hit indie movie Kidulthood and had roles in other productions, including Star Trek Into Darkness and Bulletproof.
